The center is a non-profit organization. Our funding comes from parent tuition, Department of Economic Security (DES), Department of Development Disabilities (DDD), Child and Adult Food Program (CACFP), fund raisers, and generous church and community donations. The center has a Federal Tax ID number for anyone wanting to make a (income tax deductible) donation.
The center is licensed through the Department of Health Services (DHS) and through Department of Economic Security (DES). The center complies with insurance coverage as required by DHS. Licensing addresses and information are available at the office. These departments make inspections of our facility and a copy of that inspection can be reviewed in the daycare office during business hours.
Under ARS: 13-3620, it is the duty of the center to report any and all suspected cases of child abuse to local law enforcement and Child Protective Services (CPS). Abuse includes (but is not limited to):
Inflicting (or allowing) sexual abuse or emotional damage.
